Hello All,
I am having difficulty with this dx, as there is not a lytic lesion listed under lesion in the index.
What I have come up with so far is 733.99 which is other and unspecified disorders of bone and cartilage.
Any suggestions of other codes or how to find this dx would be greatly appreciated.
